Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active and valid Indiana OT licensure, in good standing
- Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings; background in home health or teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Compassion and adaptability, with a commitment to supporting students’ diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Implement therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals in both in-person and teletherapy formats
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of all interventions and progress reports
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding adaptive strategies and accommodations
