Requirements:
- Current California OT licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ needs for school-based occupational therapy services
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student academic and functional needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of services in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consult with teachers and families to support students’ development in the classroom and beyond
