Qualifications:
- Active Illinois OT or COTA license (proof required upon submission)
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Available for onsite, full-time work (35 hours/week)
- Willing to participate in new hire orientation from August 12th to August 14th
- Open to working with K-12 populations; caseload and grade levels to be determined
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to students onsite
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Adapt interventions to meet each child’s needs within a dynamic school environment
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district policies
