Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
- Experience in schools, home health, or pediatric healthcare settings strongly preferred

- Strong organizational skills and a compassionate, flexible mindset
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans for each student
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in line with each student’s IEP
- Monitor student progress, document services provided, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain clear, timely records
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and student accommodations
