- Ability to manage a caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
- Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through high school, in alignment with IEP goals and school protocols
- Evaluate and assess students’ functional abilities, develop therapy plans, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education professionals, and parents to ensure integrated support
- Travel between three assigned school locations to deliver consistent services
- Support classroom participation and independence through tailored interventions and consultative strategies
