Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Occupational Therapy license required
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students while developing individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Administer detailed assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure cohesive support for each child
- Document session notes and maintain records in line with school and legal guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to planning for student accommodations and supports
- Offer consultative support and training to school staff for classroom strategies and modifications
- Participate in continuing education and professional development as required
