Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Colorado
- Prior experience in school-based, healthcare, or home health OT settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in an itinerant environment
- Passion for serving a diverse student population with varying developmental and educational needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for Pre-K to 12th-grade students across several school locations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set specific, attainable goals for each student
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with educational and clinical standards
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines and educational plans
- Travel between school sites as needed to provide on-site therapy services and support
