Travel Occupational Therapist in Hayward, CA

Schedule/Hours:
- Two options: Guaranteed 36 hours/week or flexible, non-guaranteed hours
- Potential weekend coverage
- Ability to work outside the primary area to maintain expected productivity
Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Driver’s license, auto insurance, vehicle registration
- Current TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual), drug screen, physical
- New graduates encouraged to apply; home health experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services in home health settings (including evaluations, re-certifications, follow-ups, and discharge)
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Meet required productivity metrics per chosen scheduling option
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and, if needed, outside core service zones
