Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Work alongside teachers, counselors, and parents to support classroom participation and student success
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations or modifications
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels supported
This is a contract-based role, allowing for both professional growth and flexibility. You'll build relationships within the school community while using your knowledge to promote independence for students.
