Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Colorado
- Prior experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred

- Understanding of IEP development, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Compassionate, adaptable approach to diverse student needs
- Comfortable with consultative, direct, and group therapy services
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students with a wide range of abilities
- Evaluate student needs through standardized and informal assessments
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement classroom strategies that promote student participation and independence
- Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise on accommodations and interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and goals
- Communicate actively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing professional development and adapt to evolving best practices within the school environment
