Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Certified in CPR
- Previous school-based OT experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficient with documentation and compliant Medicaid billing practices
- Adaptable to working onsite three days per week and two days virtually
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group OT services to students in elementary and middle grades across several school buildings
- Develop and implement treatment plans that support each student’s educational goals
- Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant progress notes and Medicaid billing documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Travel between schools as needed to ensure comprehensive support
