Qualifications:
- Active Illinois State Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR)
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable to working with all age groups, from early childhood to high school
- Ability to organize assessments, treatment plans, and documentation effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students with a range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings as required, sharing professional insights and recommendations
- Support the educational team by providing strategies and training that optimize student participation in school activities
