Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Southport, Indiana (South Indianapolis)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Southport, Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity working primarily with a kindergarten and early elementary caseload. We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.

Location: Southport, IN (South Indianapolis)
School Year: July 29, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Schedule: Full-Time (Part-time applicants will also be considered)
Caseload: Primarily Kindergarten and younger elementary students
Caseload Size: Average
Setting: School-Based
Qualifications
Active Indiana Occupational Therapist License
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Complete evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay
Estimated hourly rate: $45–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
