Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ functional skills and physical development to assess self-regulation and readiness to learn.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve specific occupational therapy goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to support students’ success and placement decisions.
- Recognize and address barriers to access, recommending changes and accommodations that promote inclusion and equity within the classroom environment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with student IEPs and district policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Work Details:
- School-based contract for one elementary school.
- Full-time role with 35–37.5 weekly hours.
- Contract duration: August 26, 2026 – June 15, 2027.
