Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Valid OT licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 35–45 elementary students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to adapt to new environments
- Comfortable working across two school locations and providing in-person services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students
- Manage individual education plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families
- Adapt activities and interventions to best support learning and participation
- Travel between two designated school sites (within close proximity)
- Maintain compliance with all school and state-specific policies and procedures
