Occupational Therapist School Setting in Renton, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Solid grasp of IEP process, therapeutic intervention planning, and implementation

- Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, making data-driven recommendations for continued development
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student independence and participation in academic activities
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and support ongoing team goals
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
