Occupational Therapist (OT)

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school environments
- Familiarity with elementary student needs and age-appropriate interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
- Commitment to supporting children’s academic and functional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to elementary-aged students as specified in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and review progress
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Document treatment sessions and update student records in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute relevant insights for student success
- Support initiatives that foster a positive, accessible, and inclusive learning environment
This position spans 40 hours per week with a manageable elementary caseload, allowing you to cultivate meaningful relationships and deliver quality interventions.
