Qualifications & Skills:
- Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license (NH OT)
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
- Background in school-based OT preferred
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to create individualized intervention plans
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional skill needs
- Collaborate with teachers and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals in compliance with IEPs
- Track student progress, document services, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary reports
