Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Implement therapy interventions targeting motor skills, sensory processing, self-help, and adaptive behaviors
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into students’ educational goals
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as school policies
- Regularly assess and track student outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to maximize student achievement
