- Ability to manage a flexible caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of students referred for OT services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with school schedules
- Collaborate with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support students’ academic and functional needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by the school and regulatory guidelines
