Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment goals
- Deliver evidence-based OT services as outlined in students' IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to facilitate student success
- Provide direct interventions and recommend adaptive equipment or classroom modifications
- Collect and record data to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate school personnel on accommodations and supports to improve student participation
