Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy licensure in Pennsylvania (proof required)
- Minimum of 1 year of OT experience in a school-based setting (no new graduates)
- Strong background in early childhood/preschool caseloads highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, service coordinators, and families
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to preschool-aged students in accordance with IEP/IFSP plans
- Provide support during the Extended School Year (ESY) program and regular school calendar
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress toward individualized goals
- Collaborate with families and the educational team to promote student growth and independence
- Participate in eligibility and team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
