This contract opportunity offers a flexible, highly specialized schedule—up to 20 hours per month—ideal for professionals seeking to make a significant impact in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Familiarity with school-based occupational therapy practices and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and completion of administrative tasks
- Commitment to supporting student services through effective, hands-on mentorship
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, on-site clinical supervision to assigned COTAs (up to two COTAs per Occupational Therapist)
- Dedicate approximately 7 supervision hours per COTA each month, ensuring thorough oversight and quality service delivery
- Complete all required paperwork and supervision documentation efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with district staff to foster communication, collaboration, and best practices
- Remain onsite within the district’s public schools to guarantee compliance with supervision guidelines
Additional Details:
- Travel to and from Claremont is reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate
