Key Qualifications:

- Familiarity with home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare OT practices
- Strong ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Compassionate, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students for OT services in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Utilize a variety of service delivery models including in-school, home-based, and teletherapy as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student progress and independence
- Offer training and resources to families to reinforce therapy goals at home
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
