- Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Florida
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus
- Confidence in working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Flexibility and willingness to travel among multiple school sites within the county
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student participation and achievement in school activities
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support student progress tracking
- Actively participate in IEP meetings to advocate for and support student goals
- Adapt to changing schedules and site assignments throughout the county
