Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active NC OT license (required)
- School-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ physical, emotional, and academic growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess, develop, and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families
- Provide consultation and support to educational staff regarding accommodations
- Manage a flexible caseload, potentially at multiple sites within the district
