School Occupational Therapist - Littlerock, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT state licensure and registration
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and appropriate OT interventions
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and strategies
- Deliver direct therapy to support fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide training and resources to educational staff to support classroom integration
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the dynamic needs of students throughout the school year
