- Familiarity with evaluation and assessment procedures for students
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage flexible caseloads
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver 30-minute monthly virtual OT sessions to an assigned student
- Conduct assessments for other students as referral needs emerge
- Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and evaluations clearly and promptly
- Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and learning
- Maintain compliance with all state and school policies
