Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time school-based positions in the Lumberton, NC area for the 2026–2027 school year. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy screenings, assessments, and evaluations.
- Develop and implement IEP goals addressing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-help, and functional skills.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
Certification: NBCOT certification required.
Licensure: Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
