Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Flexibility to travel between more than one school
- Willingness to work with Assistive Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices when needed
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach to serving students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Support students’ educational access and participation through tailored strategies and accommodations
- Travel between school sites as scheduled to meet diverse student needs
- Complete documentation and progress reports in accordance with school requirements
