This full-time contract position covers August 2026 through June 2027 and is based onsite in schools near Manchester, NH. You’ll provide crucial support across multiple campuses, helping students improve their skills and access their full potential through individualized interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license (NH OT License required)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work across more than one building
- Willingness to work with students who utilize AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads, collaborating with teachers and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services for K-12 students, addressing a range of fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy, supporting both students and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in a timely manner
- Engage with families and teachers to ensure cohesive support and communication
