Occupational Therapist School Setting in Mason, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Skilled in assessment, documentation, and development of student-centered intervention plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students’ therapeutic needs
- Design and implement individualized or group interventions in accordance with IEPs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with teachers, staff, and families
- Educate and train staff on OT strategies that support functional student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
