Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Ohio OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to independently manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset, with a dedication to fostering students’ growth and independence
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for students
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support within school environments
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per state and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans
