Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure (required)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to provide services across various grade levels (K-12)
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to eligible students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Assess students’ functional performance and develop individualized intervention plans
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and accommodations
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and treatment notes accurately and timely
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Adapt therapy approaches for diverse caseloads and multiple school sites
