Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Pediatric or school-based experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with caseloads involving autism, SLD, and OHI students
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Ability to provide hands-on therapy in an on-site school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 34 students, with occasional new evaluations
- Deliver direct, in-person therapy services to students across grades KN–11/12 (primarily elementary and middle school)
- Maintain strict IEP compliance and meticulous documentation
- Collaborate effectively with school staff to support therapy track requirements
