Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Current licensure in Occupational Therapy (California, or eligibility)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong background working with students with Autism, SLD, and OHI
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage documentation and IEP compliance efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, in-person provision of occupational therapy to a caseload of 34+ students (KN–11/12, primarily elementary and middle grades)
- Manage and participate in the IEP process, from assessment to execution
- Conduct hands-on therapy addressing diverse student needs
- Complete and support student evaluations, including pending cases
- Collaborate closely with faculty and other specialists to support student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with district and state therapeutic standards
