Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. These school-based opportunities involve supporting elementary and intermediate students across a variety of educational settings, including general education, resource, and autism program classrooms. The district offers strong internal support, including one designated SLP responsible for all evaluations.

Compensation & Benefits:
* $45-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* Caseloads of approximately 85–90 students
* No evaluations required — one district SLP handles all evaluations
* Most students receive 90 minutes or less of services per month
* Building assignments based on candidate experience and district needs
* Elementary caseloads available (Kindergarten–4th grade)
* Intermediate school caseloads available (5th–6th grade)
* One SLP exclusively supports essential skills classrooms
* High-priority need for an elementary school housing the district autism program
* District utilizes PowerSchool IEP system, Skyward SIS, and Relay for Medicaid billing
* Actively accepting interviews
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
* Support students across a variety of learning environments and communication needs
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active Indiana SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Experience supporting autism programs or diverse student populations is a plus
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
