Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Delaware, meeting all state eligibility requirements
- Demonstrated experience supervising up to two COTAs, with the ability to provide guidance and support remotely
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations and participating in tri-annual IEP meetings
- Comfortable navigating virtual platforms and delivering teletherapy services
- Clear understanding and agreement to cover the $85 fingerprinting background check requirement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students, ensuring all required documentation is completed promptly
- Supervise up to two COTAs, offering clinical support, oversight, and regular feedback
- Attend virtual tri-annual IEP meetings as needed, contributing expertise and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely, accurate records and case notes in accordance with district and legal standards
- Collaborate with school site contacts, students, and families to facilitate effective virtual therapy interventions

- This is a virtual contract role for the academic year, with the district’s thorough onboarding process; your contractor packet should include a TB test (if not providing virtual-only services), fingerprint receipt, and Child Protective Registry Check
