School Occupational Therapist | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Options are available for two full-time roles as well as one long-term substitute opening, all starting September 8, 2026 and ending June 10, 2027. With 37.5 onsite hours per week, you’ll bring your expertise to one of several education centers and make a genuine impact on students’ development and well-being.
Candidates should have experience or skills working as an OT in schools and will be expected to hold an active state Occupational Therapist license by the start date. Licensure and required credentials must accompany your application.
Qualifications:
- Valid state Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
- Ability to start on September 8, 2026 and work through June 10, 2027
- All necessary credentials and documentation must be provided upon application
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and individual student needs
- Assess, develop, and implement therapeutic interventions in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Offer consultative support to school staff to maximize student participation and performance
- Work onsite at one assigned location
