Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota OT license required
- Previous experience in an elementary school setting preferred
- Background in a 3:1 service delivery model is a plus
- Competency in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work independently at a single school site
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Employ a 3:1 service model, focusing on direct treatment and consultative services as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student goals
- Supervise COTAs, ensuring high standards of care and intervention fidelity
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development, as appropriate
- No case management responsibilities required
