Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to a small caseload of students. The selected candidate will support students in developing functional skills necessary for academic success and participation in daily school activities.
Caseload Details
- Approximately 12–14 students
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Caseload is primarily comprised of younger elementary-aged students
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license (state-specific requirements apply)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.78 to $58.78. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
