Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid CCA OT License required
- Previous experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with individualized education program (IEP) planning and implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills and the ability to adapt to various educational environments
What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Deliver direct therapy services to support students’ academic and functional skill development
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to create supportive environments
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide training and consultative support for school personnel regarding OT interventions
