- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
- Proficient with assessment tools and documentation
- Flexible and adaptable to meet diverse student needs across grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students across K-12 grades
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate OT goals within school programs
- Provide direct therapy services to help students improve daily living, social, and academic skills
- Support staff and families with training and resources related to occupational therapy approaches
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student success throughout the school year
