Compensation: Local candidates starting at $44+/hour | Travel candidates starting at $51+/hour equivalent
Hours: 37.5–40 Hours Weekly

Understanding the Contractor Model
As a ProCare Therapy contractor, you are placed directly in a school district while ProCare handles:
Payroll and weekly compensation
Benefits administration
Credentialing and onboarding support
District coordination
Ongoing recruiter advocacy throughout the contract
This structure allows clinicians to focus fully on student outcomes while enjoying professional flexibility.

Evaluate student functional performance

Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Active Illinois OT license
School-based experience preferred
