Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for New Hampshire, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Previous experience working as an OT in school-based environments preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of IEP processes and best practices in pediatric therapy
- Enthusiastic about supporting diverse learners across a range of ages and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic interventions to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student participation in classroom routines
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school community by sharing expertise in classroom adaptations and strategies
