You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 45 students, delivering both direct and consultative therapy across a 5-day workweek, averaging between 30 and 35 hours.
Qualifications and Credentials:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in North Carolina
- Proper credentials/certifications as required by state guidelines
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine students’ needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Delivering services to students across a variety of settings, adjusting techniques as appropriate for grade level
- Maintaining accurate and timely records and reports
- Communicating progress and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
