Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license and eligibility for school-based practice
- Documented experience supervising up to two COTAs virtually
- Familiarity with the requirements for supervising COTAs in Delaware
- Comfortable handling evaluations and participating in tri-annual IEP meetings
- Effective communicator and collaborator in a virtual setting
- Willingness to complete required background checks, including $85 CBC fingerprinting
- Ready to comply with all onboarding steps, including contractor packet completion
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessment, intervention, and consultation virtually
- Supervise up to two COTAs, providing guidance and oversight in the remote setting
- Conduct evaluations and attend tri-annual IEP meetings
- Maintain detailed and compliant student records
- Communicate proactively with school staff, caregivers, and team members
- Ensure all Delaware regulatory and district-specific requirements are met
