Key Qualifications:
- Active state Occupational Therapy licensure (required)
- At least 1 year of school-based OT experience—this is not an entry-level role
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and pediatric OT best practices
- Comfortable adapting therapy in diverse preschool settings
- Excellent communication skills for working with staff, families, and young children
- Reliable transportation to locations within Lower Bucks County
- Commitment to following the local school calendar
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy to preschool students, focusing on early intervention and ESY needs
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy for children with a variety of developmental and sensory needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Maintain clear documentation and timely communication
- Adjust caseload as needed throughout the school year based on referrals and student needs
