Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
- Previous experience (or strong interest) in school-based OT services
- Comfortable working with PreK through 8th-grade students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptable with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services within school settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans and interventions
- Support student participation in educational and daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
