Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license.

- Ability to quickly build rapport with young children and adapt interventions to their unique needs.
- Commitment to working on-site throughout the contract duration.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person occupational therapy for students at the early childhood center and surrounding preschools.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines and classroom environments.
- Document interventions, progress, and recommendations in accordance with established guidelines.
- Support the educational team with training and resources related to sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills development.
- Participate in meetings as needed to discuss student progress and therapy strategies.
This position is on-site, with a flexible .5 FTE schedule, providing focused support without the demands of a full-time caseload.
