In this role, you will manage a school-based caseload, collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers. Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Minnesota (MN OT license required)
- Clinical experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to varying student needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Complete assessments, progress reports, and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning plans
- Engage families and staff to promote student carryover of skills
- Manage a varied caseload efficiently across assigned school(s)
This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours scheduled per week during the contract period, and a potential shift to part-time hours from February through June.
